K & P Group was founded in 1985 by Mr. Lai Pei Wor, the Chairman of the Group.  K & P International Holdings Limited is the holding company of K & P Group which was incorporated in Bermuda and has its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 2 January 1997 (Stock Code: 675).

K & P Group's headquarter is located in Hong Kong, our branch offices in Singapore and the United States of America.  The factories are located in Zhong Shan, Guangdong Province, China and Guan Lan, Shen Zhen, Guangdong Province, China.
